GTA San Andreas impound the Raindance in Los Santos

This is basically the Los Santos impound exploit, any vehicle (except the unstored police and news choppers) you drive near the broadway parked in Idlewood gas station if you trigger the pimping missions it will be impounded in the LSPD impound. Note that starting these missions will only count as an attempt if you haven't completed them before.
