On November 6th, 2012 at 11:12 PM EST, NBC is the first network to project that President Obama has won the state of Ohio, and that he therefore has enough electoral votes to be re-elected. All of the other major networks shortly follow in projecting that President Barack Obama has been re-elected President of the United States of America.
