War Zone: The destruction of an All-American city. This hour-long documentary examines the impact of public corruption on the city of East St. Louis and the poverty stricken villages surrounding it. We investigate the debilitating effects of corruption by showing how it tears down law enforcement, public education and other government services. We interview crooked politicians who explain why they ripped off taxpayers and victims of corruption who reveal how corrupt leaders and systems harmed their lives.
