Waiting for the 'Nebraska Zephyr': Action on BNSF's "Racetrack" on 22.09.12

NOTE: The Nebraska Zephyr itself is not featured here- these are the trains I saw while waiting for it. My shot of the Zephyr can be seen here: youtube[dot]com[slash]watch?v=793KGRVZAKA Train 1: Following the same route to Quincy, Illinois as the Nebraska Zephyr excursion, Amtrak #383, the 'Illinois Zephyr' heads west at Downers Grove Main Street, led by P42DC #114. "I don't think that's it", says some guy on the platform. No, stupid, this is not your Metra train. Train 2: After the first train, I moved to Naperville for the remainder of the evening, where a Norfolk Southern run-through oil train heads west on the center main with 3 Dash-9s in the lead. Train 3: Two BNSF Dash-9s lead a hotshot intermodal east toward Cicero, meeting the NS train. ~Thanks for watching!~
