Some awesome footage of a Black Ops MP mod that allows you to play 3 different zombie modes on all MP maps, I really enjoyed it. If you guys want to see more hit that like button!

Add file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\mods if you do not have mods folder just make one!
then when you launch black ops, go to MP, select "mods", click the mod, load a private game on any map and select your game mode. There are 3 zombie game modes
