Demo of an air walker/free glider. Made by V-fit. Good for a mild workout in the house with no noise and no brain needed, but probably too mild to get some calories shifted ? I have managed to iron out all the squeaks (the rustling is my shorts). If buying again I would probably consider the 'gravity strider' or 'Nordic walking crosstrainer' as they seem to have the ability to have resistance (this air walker has none). Apologies about the footage quality, poor lighting and first attempt at video 'enhancement'.
