This clip comes from the episode "Neigh, Soul Sister" and it is the fifth in the series (/watch?v=h1uUa8lUIJE). Of course, Hasbro owns My Little Pony. The Hub produces the show or some shit like that. I don't own any of this, I just love this clip. SherclopPonies makes this series. This particular character is voiced by Griffin Lewis. The voice is then run through an auto tune program effect in Logic Pro. Love it, love it, love it, love it.
