Time for another installment of the CSMU where we invite a guest to do a routine with us! This time its Oscar from Mexico, from Jeroky Fitness Studio. He has a lot of cool videos here on youtube. In many of his videos he has a beanie so i thought id wear one for this video. All parts of the video you can see both of our versions of the choreography. So you can pick which parts you want to use for your class and make one choreography from it. Hats off to my students, who before we filmed that, we never even practiced once doing that routine. They killed it. There were a few people in there who had never even done a dance fitness class! Anyway, hope you guys enjoy our video. Thanks Oscar!
