Instead of responding again, he stood there. I watched his chest move up and down. Till now, I hadn't realized how worked up we actually were. I was pissed and obviously he was too. I hadn't noticed, but Louis and Danielle had both taken a seat on the bed, sharing looks with each other as Liam and I argued. Tears stung at my eyes, but I held them in for fear of Liam thinking he had the dominance in this argument. It was easy to tell that Louis and Danielle were uncomfortable. I felt bad. I needed to end this so I could finish my chores and get back home as soon as possible. "You know what Liam? You're right. I am pathetic. No, Louis and I aren't dating. It was a joke. Sorry. I wish I could tell you things, but it's just not possible. We're not on good terms. Come to think of it, we weren't really on good terms before you left either. Quite sad actually. Honestly, I just want this summer to be over so that you can leave and never come back." I stood there, remembering the week before he left for X-factor the first time. He was fourteen. I didn't think it was possible, and quite frankly, I'm pretty sure neither did he. We sat in his room, cross-legged on the floor. We were going through his clothes to pick out the outfits that had the most swag. "When do you know if you make it or not?" "I haven't even auditioned yet!" "I know...But like, how long after you audition?" "If I get three yeses, I go through." He smiled to himself. "I bet you get through." "I hope! It'll be a wild adventure!" And it was. He made it to the judges' houses. We cried on the phone together, imagining what it would be like if he actually became famous. He told me that he would come back for me, and take me away from all the high-school melodrama. He didn't make it through the judges' houses though, and he had to wait till he was sixteen to re-enter. That was when our relationship was headed downhill. Whoever said boys and girls can be friends and not have feelings in the way was sadly mistaken. There's always some girl that comes to take your best friend away as soon as you realize that the love your feeling for him isn't best friend love. It's something deeper. ______________________________________________________ Comments? Subscribe? Follow - http://whyonedirection.tumblr.com Super sorry about yesterday! I went over to a friends and didn't get back till like, 11, and I had school today! So I'm super sorry for not posting again! (last one got 21 comments! New record! Thanks guys!) To make up for it, I'll post again in a hour or so. Please, comment on this one though! Thanks babes! I'm not gunna leave any questions though because I'm too lazy to think of any! School is so boring! I also want to let everybody know that this is a fanfiction. I'm aware that Liam was never friends with Sarah and that this never happened and I'm quite positive that he know it never happened either! If he's going to freak over a fanfiction, I highly doubt this is on his top list of fanfictions to kill over. I think he'll go for the mature ones first... ;D Thanks babes!
