This video shows how to complete the final primary Dark Brotherhood quest "Where Your Hang Your Enemy's Head", which upgrades the Dawnstar Sanctuary the same way you upgrade a home. This video shows what each of the upgrades grant you by touring the upgraded Sanctuary. You will see the torture chamber and learn the location of the secret entrance.
