Yoga Breathing Warm Up

This sequence synchronizes the breath with simple movements to warm up the spine and muscles of the torso, arms & shoulders. It increases our awareness of the breath/body connection and it calms the mind. An excellent warm up before moving into the asana sequences like cat or sun salutation. Enjoy!
