After 36h playtime and over 120 deaths, I finally reached and killed 'It Lives'. After you finish the game the 9th time, 'Mom's Heart' becomes this, an embryo or so. It's a lot harder than the normal heart, because 'It Lives' spawns bosses from the previous chapters, and the first time I was like "WTH, srsly?!" when I saw 'Monsto' spawning. With the defeat of 'It Lives' you unlock another character you can play, called '???', he has no heart-containers, just those faith-containers, and everytime you get an hp-up item, you just get another faith. So it might be pretty hard to finish the game with '???'. And you also unlock 'Poop', which is very useless.
