The third and last one is hidden in the security box #304. The key can be found in Fortune Park, to the right of the Hotel entrance. After getting all those magazines head to the Slot Ranch Casino. There is a large gambling machine where you can bet $100 or $1000. Do always bet the $1000 and you should easily make around $1.000.000 every 10 minutes.
