Dark Cloud 2 - How to level up weak weapons easy

 

An easy way to level up weak weapons in Dark Cloud 2. This can be done simply by defeating an enemy with a certain type of weapon, then switching to the weaker weapon and it will gain the experience instead. Example: defeat an enemy with a smash wrench, then immediately switch to a battle wrench. It helps to take the enemies HP down with a strong weapon, then finish the enemy off with the desired weapon, then switch to the weak weapon. Once the weapon is level 5 (+5) it can be spectrumized and be put into your strong weapon, which gives a big boost. It's good to add crystals to the weak weapon before spectrumizing it. Crystals can be bought from the shop in future balance valley, or from Rufio in the train. Rufio sells all crystals only after the endgame.
