Never land on the left leg first. •2 Do the same thingm but now bend the left leg in the air like if you were doing a flying front kick. •3 Start kicking the left leg. Kick a bit higher ever time,just make sure you never land on the leg. •4 If you want to do this with a split in the middle, extend your swinging leg more and more as you try. •5 Training method: Jump into a sand pit
