Perez Hilton Caught Smoking Salvia With Katy Perry?

 

In this rather bizarre clip, we find none other than the scandalous Perez Hilton, a complicit Katy Perry and an unidentified second male ... all suspiciously huddled between a parked car and a black wall in a tight alley at the Roxy in the dark. Flushed in fits of hysterical laughter, and acting like a deer caught in headlights, the celebrity blog queen is quizzed by the paparazzi if he is actually undergoing meltdown. But Perez confesses: "We have just smoked some salvia -- we can't talk to you." Apparently, Katy does not want her face being photographed under the influence of the psychedelic herb and keeps it covered ... that is, until her final exit. Meanwhile, this oddly-behaving crew seem pinned to their feet and can't move; either that, or they're attempting to wait the paps out -- a tactic that rarely works. UPDATE: It has been determined that the previously unidentified second male in the video, wearing the grey sweatshirt, has been seen frequently in the company of Lindsay Lohan.
