Making Aloo Bread Pakora- Hindi

Aloo Bread Pakora is arguably the best traditional snack for enjoying with your tea sips in monsoon time. I remember eating it in our school canteen during recess time. The simple plain bread pakora used to cost Rs 1 and the Aloo Bread Pakora was available for Rs. 2. The rupee 1 and 2 sound too artificial in today's inflationary time. Isn't it? School times are over but we still get nostalgic whenever we have them with a sip of coffee! We love going back in memory lane to find moments of glory. --------------------------------------------- Ingredients: For Potato Mixture we need: 6 Small Size Boiled Potatoes 1 or To Taste Green Chili 3/4 Tsp or To Taste Salt 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala 1/4 Tsp Mango Powder (Amchoor) 1/2 Lemon (or 1 tsp Lemon Juice) For Besan mixture we need: 1 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Gram Flour 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Mango Powder (Amchoor) 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds 4 Bread Slices Enough (For frying) Oil Few drops Lemon juice ----------------------------------------------------------- Printable recipe is available at our website: http://inhouserecipes.com/aloo-bread-pakora/ Like us on Facebook as well: https://www.facebook.com/inHouseRecipes
