Dixieland Skywheel Atlanta Fair 2010 with On Ride Footage

This was recorded the last night of the Atlanta Fair 2010 at Turner Field. Peachtree Rides hosts the event each year and books in rides from various other carnival companies. This year they booked in equipment from Dixieland Carnival Company and Playland Amusements. The Skywheel featured in this video was with Mighty Bluegrass Shows for many years and now resides with Dixieland Carnival Company. The original florescent tube lighting has been replaced with LED lighting. Though I prefer the more traditional green & yellow tube lighting I was impressed with the overall condition of this ride, possibly the best I've ever seen on the road. The vid features 2 ride cycles, 1st half is off ride footage aka waiting in line and the 2nd half is Terry and I on the ride (there's a glimpse of us toward the end)...Hope you guys enjoy!!!
