Victim Statement: Verbally abused in the most degrading unprofessional manner, and physically snatched out the car and slammed to the ground and both knees was placed into my back by officer Juan Herrera (MPD) while the kids in the car watched and cry all this JUST because i wouldnt let him look in my purse which he had not proper cause to do then myself the victim was placed in jail bursed and batterd to cover his ignorant actions
