A train who's ID I do not know, but I think came off of the Paxton Industrial track, heads through the Capitol's down town.

A few more minute later, HH27 takes chassis racks from Harrisburg Terminal, where they are destined across town at Rutherford Intermodal Yard.

I saw several other trains in Harrisburg, it's typical to see 3-5 an hour there, with about 70-75 movements daily. I didn't add those trains since: A. The video was long enough, and B. They had D9-40CW's or ES40DC's.
And just on a tourist note: the capitol building is literally within 1,000 feet south of Harrisburg interlocking.
