16 years ago Lulu Spencer had turned down Logan Hayes's proposal. A few weeks after she found out she was pregant with his child and Logan didn't want to be a father so he left town,his only connection to the unborn child was his sending monthly child support to Lulu.
9 months later Lulu and Logan's son was born,even at the birth Logan never showed and even if he did there was no way either Lucky or Jason would let him near Lulu. Lucky and Jason hated each other but the only thing they agree on was Logan Hayes was a scumbag and was to never to see Lulu or her son if they had anything to say about it.
Lulu named her son Jason LucasJohn Spencer,but the residents of PC call him JJ instead. Lulu is the only one to call him Jason and his grandpa Luke calls his Lukey since he knows that noones ever remembers the Lucas part of his name. Most People think that his inials JLJS stands for Jason Lucas Jacab Spencer since Lulu was best friends with Jason, Lucas runs in the family, and Jacab was the name of Elizabeth and Jason's child together.
He has Lulu's blonde hair well he has a mix of Lulu and Logan's hair so he's dirty blonde. He has Laura's blue eyes. He's like Lulu when it comes to school he'll success in it only if he works hard at it. He has his Uncle Lucky's addiction to coffee which Lulu blaims on Lucky because she doesn't think it's a healthy addiction for her son. He's the town new golden boy, but when he's at school he's the school's playboy. Not like he sleeps with a bunch of girls he's only 16 now so he sticks to flirting and annoying all the girls

Johnny had read about Logan proposing to Lulu but he hadn't read the whole thing about her saying no because he had ripped the newspaper in half before he could. He had met up with his old girlfriend Kathy and a few months later they got married and she got pregant
9 months later Johnny was still the head of the Zacchara Organisation, but during a meeting with his trusted Lawer Kristina Davis(I'm aging her in this I don't like the lawers right now in the show except diane but she's working for Jason=( ) so he had his phone turned off. When he turned it on he had rushed to the hospital but when he got to Kathy's room she had just delivered and the baby was getting cleaned off.
The nurse came out with a pink blanket and handed her to Johnny to hold. Him and Kathy had made a deal if the baby was a boy she'd name him but if the baby was a girl Johnny would name her. He named their baby girl Claire DeLune Zacchara, and Kathy didn't know the reason behind the name of course she didn't know of Johnny's piano talents at all.
Claire had Kathy's hazelnut brown hair and Johnny's big brown eyes. She smart like her parents, she's seen more tramatic things then any little girl should but Johnny and Kathy made sure she was uneffected by the mob life until one of Johnny's enemies made a hit on Johnny's family and killed Kathy in the process.
Johnny knew they had to move(they lived in California) so they move to Manhatten NewYork and they celebrated Claire's 16th birthday there in there new home. Johnny didn't want his enemies to know where Claire went to school and put her in danger so he found a small town which just happened to be Port Charles but he didn't care he wanted his daughter safe from the mob. Now she starts school at PCH in September.
Lulu had read and so she knew that Johnny had had a child,but she didnt know any of the circumstances all she knew was that it was a girl. Johnny on the other hand knew that Lulu had a child with Logan, and that he was named Jason and that Logan played none whatsoever role in his life. Johnny don't have any connections in Port Charles other than Lulu but he hasn't talk to her in 16 years when she came to see him and they kissed but she ran off saying she was still with Logan
