The Police Service of Northern Ireland held an open practice at the National Piping Centre as one of the final events of Piping Live 2017 - just prior to the World Championships. The PSNiI Band has only recently been elevated to Grade One after years of absence following the reconstitution of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.
